The MacBook Air by Apple is now at its lowest-ever price on Amazon
2 min readIn November 2020, Apple introduced the first-ever MacBook Air powered by its M-series processors. The M1 MacBook Air quickly gained widespread popularity worldwide, and despite subsequent model releases, Apple continues to offer it. Currently, on Amazon, the M1 MacBook Air is available at its lowest-ever price, just in time for The Great Indian Festival Sale. Initially priced at Rs 92,900, Apple later increased the MacBook Air’s price to Rs 99,900.
What is the present retail price of the MacBook Air?
Amazon has listed the M1 MacBook Air at Rs 69,900, marking a significant Rs 30,000 reduction from its original price. Moreover, buyers can enjoy an instant discount of Rs 5,000 on SBI cards for purchases exceeding Rs 1,00,000. For a minimum purchase value of Rs 50,000 (applicable to the MacBook Air), customers can avail themselves of an instant discount of Rs 1,500, bringing the price down to Rs 67,500. If the Amazon cart includes additional items, and the total value reaches Rs 1 lakh, the effective cost of the M1 MacBook Air will be Rs 64,900. This marks the lowest-ever price observed for the M1 MacBook Air since its launch.
Moreover, an exchange program is offered for the M1 MacBook Air. However, it’s crucial to highlight that Amazon’s highest exchange value for older laptops is Rs 11,250. As an illustration, when we evaluated the exchange value for an older MacBook with an Intel i5 processor, it totaled only Rs 7,700.
Amazon has showcased the M1 MacBook Air as part of its “Deal of the Day” promotion. However, we expect it to be available at the advertised price during the Great Indian Festival Sale. The sale is scheduled to officially start on October 8, with early access for Prime members beginning on October 7.
